Some big news from us this week: Alisia Muscat and Louise Sergent are Co-CEOs of Today .
Lis and Lou have shaped the studio over many years: its culture, operations, the quality of what we make, and our expansion into new markets. They’ve led Today from different posts, now they're officially stepping up to the top job.
Today has always been run in partnership. Our founders, Adam and Damon , built the business together and deciding from two points of view rather than one has made the studio stronger and the work better. Lis and Lou continue that tradition.
Lis (Naarm/Melbourne) brings depth and rigour. She’ll lead how we deliver our work and the outcomes it creates. Lou (Eora/Sydney) brings ambition and an outward focus. She’ll lead with purpose and impact at the centre, and continue our expansion across Australia.
Adam and Damon aren’t going anywhere. They’ll keep working in and on Today, with different focuses: Adam continuing as Creative Director, Damon as Executive Chair.
