Tait has overseen several award-winning digital projects at Today, including Worksafe Victoria’s digital platform—where he worked with the product team to define the digital strategy, UX design, content strategy, and product execution. He also led the service design of a text-based suicide prevention service for Lifeline, and played a central leadership role in designing a whole-of-organisation Customer Experience (CX) strategy for VicRoads.
In addition to being a shining light as our Head of Content, Tait has recently self-published a popular book, ‘Copywrong to Copywriter’, designed to teach people and organisations how to craft better content.
