As Experience Design Lead, Beata gathers insights to create human-centric design solutions that deliver a functional and beautiful user experience. After developing a career in marketing, Beata entered the UX field as a way to combine her deep understanding of psychology, design and business.
Leading the user research and design for the Victorian Ombudsman, Beata helped to improve the experience of everyone that engages with the organisation and created a user-centred complaints process. Beata also led the user research and design for Geoscience Australia, delivering an evidence-based prototype to inform their website rebuild, and was involved in the website redesign of the Brotherhood of St Laurence.
Beata believes that design thinking can be used to make a difference in the world. She is passionate, conscientious and driven to achieve the best outcome in everything she does. She encourages teams to challenge ideas together and uses design to create meaningful change.
