Deft at building rapport with people from a diversity of backgrounds, Mosh uses his abilities to capture meaningful insights to inform practical, actionable outcomes. While his experience spans across sectors, he is passionate about designing a better, more inclusive mental health system.
During his time at Today, Mosh has been integral in organisational transformation for corporate clients like Xero as well as leading and embedding co-design practices with clients like Alfred Health and the Department of Health.
As Service Design Lead, Mosh partners with both clients and communities to discover user needs and intersectionality with compassion. He also supports and guides Today’s strategic designers, methods and approaches, leaning on his expertise and awarded experience in service design.
His work has received many awards, including a Victorian Premier Design Award for Service Design and shortlisted for a Global Service Design award.
