Dr Linny Kimly Phuong is the Founder and Director of the Water Well Project , a charity that works to improve health literacy and access to healthcare for communities from migrant, refugee and asylum seeker backgrounds.
Over the past 14 years, the Water Well Project has delivered over 1,700 interactive educational sessions to over 27,000 people, empowering them with knowledge and skills to better navigate the healthcare system.
Mark Davis caught up with Linny to hear her personal story—from her parents' experiences as Vietnamese boat refugees to her own career path in medicine and public health.
