Angelica is a multi-disciplinary designer with expertise in UX, service design and strategic design across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. She sees her practice as a way to help communities and organisations navigate complex and multifaceted challenges, meeting the needs of many without overstepping social and environmental limits.
She brings a passion for exploring beyond the horizon of human-centred design to emerging practices like planet-centric design, systems-led design and futures.
Angelica recently lead the design and delivery of strategic workshops with Executive stakeholders and Councillors at the City of Melbourne (CoM) to create the 2021-2025 Council Plan, and coaching internal stakeholders through a design sprint to prototype and test core functions of the CoM's newly developed Community Development branch.
Angelica uses creativity and experimentation to think outside the box, explore future possibilities and empower others to do the same.
